Our oilOur oil comes from organic culture, and it is produced with care in our own estate, with the shortest traceability on the market. La Casona"La Casona" oil is a family business which cultivates 50 hectares of high mountain organic olive groves along boundaries with the Natural Park of Sierra Magina in the municipality of Pegalajar, Jaen. This centenary olive grove was transformed into organic in 1998. Since then, we have set up a little mill for grinding our olives in the best conditions possible. Since then, we carry out the production process with care and affection. Our aim is towards health and environmental protection. |
